Ok….here is some of that fine print stuff you always see. We have a few rules just to keep everything fair for all involved. Remember, we are a non-profit organization!
All trip prices are subject to change due to cost increases (or decreases) and attendance. RVSA reserves the right to cancel any trip and refund all deposits. Accommodations and transportation are non-smoking.
Reservations
and Payments
Deposits
are on a first come, first served basis. Deposits may be mailed in if you can’t
attend our first night of trip sign-ups.
Prompt payments will hold your position. Failure to pay on time will cause you
to lose a trip spot if there is a waiting list. Naturally our Trip Director
will attempt to call you prior to taking any action.

BAD CHECKS
Bad check policy-$25.00 charge for returned checks. Payable in cash upon notification.
REFUNDS
Refunds and transfers will be issued only if the trip is full and all proper payments have been received from any replacement persons.
What
if you have to cancel?
First,
call Trip Director Larry Ward, at 815-963-8611. If a waiting list exists,
Joe will attempt to fill your spot from the list. You may also find your own
replacement after that. If a replacement is found, your deposit is returned. If
not, you could lose some, or all, of your deposit. If we lose money due to your
actions, so will you….it’s that simple.
